For clients who also use Harbor for managed IT, this structure creates stronger communication and clearer escalation paths while preserving separation between IT operations and cybersecurity oversight.

For clients who only use Quadrant’s cybersecurity services, this does not require moving helpdesk, applications, infrastructure, or broader IT operations to Harbor. Those services are available if needed, but they are not required.
