Harbor IT is conducting a simulated cybersecurity Incident Response (IR) Tabletop Exercise to evaluate and strengthen interagency coordination, communication protocols, and response effectiveness. This exercise will present a realistic cyber threat scenario, test existing response frameworks, and identify areas for improvement in incident handling, escalation procedures, and information sharing.
Participants will be asked to consider the real-life cyber scenario through small group discussions so that they can collectively share insights while the NYS Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Services (DHSES) Cyber Incident Response Team (CIRT) will provide input and guidance based on their experience in actual cyber incidents in NYS.
